In parte koan buddista, in parte storia d’amore urbana, il corto pone il dilemma dell’amore incondizionato, e suggerisce che forse una soluzione esiste. Ambientato in un solitario distributore di benzina berlinese, racconta l’incontro casuale tra due sconosciuti: una ragazza turca e un enigmatico immigrato russo che capita una notte in quel benzinaio. Dal nulla nasce una conversazione che condurrà i due protagonisti in un viaggio fantastico, e a un finale a cui nessuno è preparato.

In part buddhist koan, in part urban love story, the film poses the question of unconditional love, and suggests that there may be an answer. Set in a lonely Berlin petrol station, it tells of the chance encounter between two strangers – a young Turkish woman who works at the petrol station and an enigmatic Russian immigrant who walks in one night. Abruptly he opens a conversation which leads them to embark on a fantastic journey, and to an end that no one is prepared for.
