Nel Mare del Nord una sogliola si nasconde tra le alghe. Molti sono i pericoli in agguato sul fondo del mare, ma la sogliola li evita grazie alla sua intelligenza. Un giorno viene catturata in una rete, e muore sulla banchina. In quel momento entra in una nuova fase della sua esistenza. Inizia così un nuovo viaggio, ma la vita si è conclusa.

In the North Sea a flounder is hiding in the seaweed. Many dangers lurk on the bottom of the sea but the flounder is clever. One day it is caught in a net and dies on the deck. The fish is now entering a new phase of its existence. The flounder travels on, though life has come to an end.
