Nel villaggio di Panmunjom si fronteggiano i soldati delle due Coree. La monotonia viene spezzata dall’omicidio di due soldati del nord e il ferimento di un terzo, Oh Kyung-pil, per mano di un soldato del sud, Soo-hyun. Poiché le versioni dell’unico testimone e del sospetto omicida divergono, viene chiamata a far luce sull’accaduto una forza speciale composta da stati neutrali, che invia sul posto un ufficiale svedese e una svizzera di origini coreane.
In the village called Panmunjom the soldiers of North and South Korea face each other. Routine is broken as two Northern soldiers are killed and another one, Oh Kyung-pil, is hurt by a Southern soldier, Soo-hyun. Since the statements of the only witness and of the suspect differ, a neutral special task force, instructed to investigate on these events, sends in a Swedish official and a Swiss woman of Korean origin.
