Biography:
Adly Rizal, MOHD was born and raised in Selangor, Malaysia. While he was studying in the UK, he learned how to create his favourite dishes and it became an instant hit among his University friends. Back in Malaysia with a Masters Degree in Information Technology , he created www.friedchillies.com, Malaysia's first food blog in 1997.
Food especially Malaysian food is now a lifelong addiction. In 2007, armed with some friends and 2 DV cameras he produced and directed "Sloppy" a short film about how the sloppiest burger in Malaysia is made. The short film was released online on www.friedchillies.tv, Malaysia's first online internet food TV.
To date, he has produced and directed more than 50 food shows ranging from cooking, food and travel for terrestrial and internet (friedchillies.tv) channels.
"Sloppy" won the Best Super Short Film in the New York Food Film Festival in June 2008.
