A hot, muggy morning in the heart of Singapore. Two teenagers should go to school. They should, because somehow they manage not to go there. Idle and the heat set off a game that leads them to sweetly experience sex for the first time. And those who watch this short film by young filmmaker Anthony Chen can almost see the haze. It is not only an atmospheric phenomenon, but also the subtle awareness that one can suddenly grow up, at any time.

Here's a scientific explanation of what Haze is.
