Invece di Abracadabra, il giovane e spericolato mago Tomas ha coniato una nuova parola magica, "Chimay". Reintepreta una serie di classici della magia, come la donna infilzata e il coniglio dal cappello, ma è troppo spericolato, e hanno sempre tutti paura di quello che succederà. Soprattutto suo padre, che vorrebbe si trovasse un lavoro serio. Commedia divertente su un personaggio fuori dal comune al quale non ci si può non affezionare. Chimay!
Instead of Abracadabra, the young and reckless the magician Tomas has made up a new magic word:"Chimay". He re-interprets some classic magic tricks, such as peircing a woman with a sword or pulling a rabbit from a hat. Yet he is too reckless and everyone is afraid of what might happen. The most worried is his father, who would like him to find a serious job. This is a comedy about an uncommon character film-goers will just love. Chimay!

Biografia/Biography:
Patrik Eklund is one of Sweden's most talented and productive young directors. He was born in 1978 in northern Sweden and made his directorial debut in 2003 with the award-winning short film, One Christmas Morning. He followed that with the short Situation Frank, which screened at the Cannes International Film Festival in 2007. Instead of Abracadabra is his third short film as writer/director. Eklund is currently completing his latest short, The Surrogate, and developing his first feature-length film.
