Sinossi / Synopsis
'Qui stiamo cambiando la storia del mondo'. Il metalmeccanico Semir Osmanagi&cgrave;, archeologo per passione, ha immaginato un passato diverso, radicato nella Valle delle Piramidi in Bosnia. Il complesso collinare di forma piramidale nei pressi di Sarajevo non avrebbe origini naturali, al contrario, sarebbe stato costruito dall’uomo circa dodicimila anni fa, superando per imponenza e antichità i celebri monumenti sepolcrali egiziani e sudamericani. Chiara Brambilla indaga la controversa teoria, immergendosi in una vicenda suggestiva, in cui verosimile e surreale si fondono nella misura esatta del sogno.
"Here we are changing the history of the world." The metalworker Semir Osmanagić, an archaeologist by passion, has imagined a different past, rooted in the Valley of the Pyramids in Bosnia. The pyramid-shaped hills near Sarajevo are allegedly not of natural origin but built by man about twelve thousand years ago, being even older and more impressive than the famous Egyptian and South American burial monuments. Chiara Brambilla investigates the controversial theory, going into the heart of a mysterious question, where the plausible and the surreal merge in the exact measurement of dreams.

Biografia/Biography
Born in 1982 she lives and works in Milano. She graduated in 2004 at Università degli Studi di Milano in Cinema and Theatre. Her first documentary Casa Plastica - Plastic House (52’, 2006) - received critical acclaims in several festivals around Italy, among others: Festival dei Popoli 2006, Bellaria Film Festival 2006 and Visioni Italiane 2006. In 2007, she directed Crescita Zero (52’). In 2008 completed the documentary Uncle Sem & the Bosnian Dream, awarded as best Italian documentary with the Golden Sail at Bellaria Film Festival 2008, as best documentary at The Archeology Channel Festival, USA 2009, Golden Rose as emerging talent at Flower Film Festival, Assisi 2009 . Broadcasted by CULT (I), RTSI (CH), YLE (Fin), SBS (AUS). Little Divine is her forth documentary.
