Archival footage of police beating up civilians scroll on the scene to the powerful notes of This is not a love song. The director Jean Gabriel Periot continues his personal journey of saving memory and interpreting history and violence through a montage of archival footage. This film is part of a collective work, Outrage & Rebellion, sparked off by an attack by the police in Montreuil on 9th July 2009.
