Con la protomateria, si sa, è meglio non scherzare. C'è chi si ritrova, dopo un esperimento dagli esiti fallimentari, prigioniero di un corpo che non è più, claustrofobicamente imprigionato e conservato in una tuta da astronauta. Uno scarto temporale. Quello che è già accaduto deve ancora accadere. Capita così di dover (ri)vivere novant'anni per cambiare la propria vita. Manuale universale per ammazzare il tempo.
It's well known that it's better not to play around with protomatter. After an experiment that fails, you can end up prisoner of a body that no longer exists, claustrophobically imprisoned and preserved in a spacesuit. A time gap. What has already happened has yet to take place. That way you have to (re)live ninety years to change your life. A universal manual to kill time. <

Chema García Ibarra nasce ad Elche, in Spagna, 29 anni fa. Nel 2008, il suo corto The attack of the Robots from Nebula-5 ha vinto oltre 100 premi ed è stato selezionato in oltre 200 Festival inclusi Sundance e la Quinzaine di Cannes. Protopart’culas è il suo secondo film.
Born in Elche (Alicante) Spain 29 years ago. In 2008 his short film "The attack of the Robots from Nebula-5" won almost 100 awards and was selected in 200 festivals including Sundance or Quinzaine du Realisateurs in Cannes Film Festival. "Protoparticles" is his second short film.
