L'Arenella, nota borgata palermitana. Una madre premurosa e un vestitino da festa. Un mondo dominato da interni e primi piani, che mostrano una bambina che si ribella ad imposizioni che vogliono negarle normalità. Uno sconosciuto in casa e poi la curiosità e la paura di seguirlo per riscoprirsi all'improvviso libera, tuffandosi per la prima vera volta in quel mare che non aveva mai visto, ma solo sentito. Perché Rita non sa ancora nuotare. Perché Rita non può vedere.
L'Arenella, well-known suburb of Palermo. A loving mother and a party dress. A world dominated by interiors and close-ups, which show a child who rebels against the impositions that want to deny her normality.
