With the rapidity of animated cinema, the English director Chris Gavin tells all this with an unusual means: a signboard and plastic letters. Chris Gavin ha lavorato come professionista nell'animazione per sedici anni. Dopo aver ottenuto un First Class Honours Degree in Graphic Design a Hull (specializzandosi in film e animazione) ha passato tre anni come globe-trotting digital animation trainer, demonstrator and troubleshooter per il Cambridge Animation Systems prima di passare dalla parte della produzione di progetti di lungometraggi d'animazione per la Warner Bros sia a Los Angeles che a Londra. Negli anni '90 è diventato un animatore freelance lavorando per molte compagnie di produzione di Londra su serie televisive, promozioni musicali e pubblicità. Dal 2002, Chris ha lavorato per Tandem, a volte come compositore, altre come art-director e negli anni recenti anche come regista.
Chris Gavin has worked professionally in animation for sixteen years. After gaining a First Class Honours Degree in Graphic Design in Hull (specialising in film and animation) he spent three years as a globe-trotting digital animation trainer, demonstrator and troubleshooter for Cambridge Animation Systems before jumping ship to work on the production side of feature film animation projects for Warner Bros in both Los Angeles and London. In the late-nineties he became a freelance animation compositor working for many London production companies on television series, music promos and commercials. Since 2002, Chris has worked for Tandem, sometimes as compositor, sometimes as art-director and in recent years sometimes as director too.
