Confine tra Turchia e Azerbaigian, anni '90. Mihram è un giovane commerciante che passa il suo tempo tra bevute e raggiri ai danni dei suoi clienti. Intuito che il nascente business della telefonia mobile potrebbe dare una svolta favorevole alla sua situazione economica, per auto finanziarsi coglie al volo la proposta di una dottoressa che gli offre del denaro per recuperare dei medicinali oltre il confine. Una serie di imprevisti e le rigide regole del mercato renderanno molto difficile la sua missione.
On the border between Turkey and Azerbaijan, in the 1990s. Mihram is a young merchant who spends his time drinking, gambling and swindling his customers. He guesses that the emerging business of mobile phones could be a favourable turning point for his economic situation, to finance his plans, he immediately accepts the proposal of a doctor who offers him money to get medicine across the border. A series of mishaps and the strict rules of the market will make his mission very difficult.
