Sinossi / Synopsis
Nel 2002 il produttore Nicolas McClintock chiede a 15 autori di fama mondiale di realizzare un corto sul concetto di "tempo", della durata di 10 minuti. JJ ne approfitta per aggiungere un ulteriore tassello alla sua personale meditazione sui "tempi morti", sulle pause tra gli eventi apparentemente determinanti dell'esistente, solitamente fuori campo nel suo cinema. Int. Trailer. Night è la cronaca dei dieci minuti di pausa su un set che l'attrice Chloë Sevigny passa nella sua roulette, tra una sigaretta (ancora), una pasto non consumato e le varie maestranze tecniche che interrompono, senza apparentemente disturbare, una telefonata importante.
In 2002, the producer Nicolas McClintock asked 15 world famous authors to make a short film on the concept of "time", running 10 minutes. JJ took advantage of the opportunity to add a further piece to his personal meditation on "idle time", on the pauses between apparently decisive events of life, usually off screen in his cinema. Int. Trailer. Night is the chronicle of a ten minute pause on a set that actress Chloë Sevigny spends in her trailer, between a cigarette (again), a meal not eaten and the various technicians who interrupt, without apparently disturbing, an important phone call.
