Western nations and Communist counties play "peace games" to solve conflicts, which are successfully shown on TV, where soldiers are moved like pawns by their superiors in sets where a button can set off a bomb. To win, you have to reach the control room of the system, but whilst the arrogant generals joke, a Western soldier and a Chinese woman soldier fall in love and a French dissident infiltrates the game. A visionary film, a reality show ante litteram on power.
