Il Guardiano, un anziano infermo, giace inerme nel suo letto d’ospedale mentre un robot malefico semina il panico in città. Il suo unico compagno è un supereroe giocattolo che possiede fin da bambino. Con grande sorpresa dell’uomo, sulle pareti della sua stanza iniziano ad apparire dei palcoscenici teatrali in miniatura sui quali può vedere momenti della sua vita passata, e che rivelano un legame inquietante tra lui, il giocattolo e il robot cattivo.

The Caretaker, an infirm elderly man, lies in his hospital bed whilst an evil robot wreaks mayhem outside in the city. His only companion is a superhero doll that he has owned since he was a boy. To the old man’s surprise, a collection of miniature theatre stages appear on the wall on which we see moments from his past, and that reveal a disturbing link between the Caretaker, his superhero doll and the evil robot outside.
