Disturbato dalla musica troppo alta proveniente dall’appartamento di uno dei suoi vicini, il signor Schwartz chiama la polizia. All’inizio il pubblico ufficiale non riesce a scoprire nulla. Poi è come se il corto ricominciasse, ma questa volta dal punto di vista di ogni inquilino, così che lo spettatore possa vedere quello che è davvero accaduto in ogni appartamento.
