Dopo il master in antropologia, Hugo trascorre le giornate facendo riposare il cervello dopo quelle letture infinite di testi di autori sconosciuti. Sua unica compagnia è Luisa, la donna delle pulizie, con la quale gioca al gatto e al topo. Il quieto dilettantismo del protagonista è però scosso da Catarina. Hugo ne è colpito e vacilla. Lassù, in alto, un falco volteggia. Non è l’unico rapace capace di farlo.

After finishing his MA in Anthropology, Hugo spends his days giving his brain a rest from the endless reading of texts by unknown authors. His only company is Luisa, the cleaning lady, with whom he plays cat and mouse. The quiet dilettantism of our protagonist is shaken by Catarina. Hugo is hooked and wavers. High above, a kestrel falcon hovers. It’s not the only bird of prey that can do it.
