/mff 2005/10 years of short films

10 years of short films 10 years of festival do not pass unnoticed. The films that have marked these 10 years are still alive in our history and have been screened in the streets throughout the world. From 17 to 25 September you can watch them at the Strehler theatre every day at 2.30pm – entrance is free.
Beside these “official” screenings, the films are also included unexpectedly almost everywhere: for instance before the screenings of the films in competition at 8.30pm at the Teatro Strehler. This “scattered” retrospective arouses much interest and awakens a sweet melancholy, and features gems and filmmakers that have now become known to most festivalgoers.
The festival is made not only by its films, but also by the atmosphere, the people, and all the events. An external point of view, a university thesis, displays past and present pictures in a multimedia exhibition from 16 to 25 September at the Teatro Strehler.
