A festival for children only..
The "festivalino" (little festival) runs in the two festival weekends (17/18 and 24/25 September) and consists in screenings of films selected from the festival archives and other activities. This side event takes place in the moats of the castle and features extraordinary workshops in which children play music on a silent film with musical instruments they invent. Furthermore, after last year's outstanding success, they will create an animation film. Children, with their projects and ideas, represent a fundamental part of the festival, and therefore they deserve a wide space in the programme. Adults should know and attend this space, and this is why children works in the end are shown to the public.

Accreditation card to all screenings and laboratories at the milano film festivalino can be purchased at the festival info-point at the price of 10 euro.
Applications to attend the workshop shall be sent to info@milanofilmfestival.it subject: "mini film festivalino".
