Abdel e suo figlio Amin attraversano in auto la periferia parigina. La radio trasmette il notiziario mentre Amin gioca con il mondo che scorre fuori dal finestrino. Improvvisamente l'auto viene fermata dalla polizia. Amin è un delicato racconto drammatico su un bambino che scopre un mondo a misura di adulto, un mondo fatto di ingiustizie perpetrate non solo dalle autorità sugli individui, ma anche da un padre su suo figlio.
Abdel is driving his son Amin through the Parisian suburbs. The radio broadcasts the news of the day, while Amin is playing with the world floating by the window. Suddenly, they are stopped by the police. Amin is a sensitive drama about a boy who discovers a world made for adults, and about injustice, not only between authorities and individuals, but also between father and son.
