Competition rules
Feature films competition
The competition is open to debut films and second films completed after 1 January 2010. Running time for feature films shall be more than 45 minutes.
The competition is open to works of any genre, language and format.
To join the competition please read carefully the submission rules, fill in the submission form and send a copy of the film in DVD format to:

Feature films submission form
Short film competition
The maximum running time for short films is 45 minutes, provided that they were completed after January 1 2010. Only directors under the age of 40 can submit their films (meaning they must be under the age of 40 by the deadline of May 31 2011).
The competition is open to works of any genre, language and format.

State (T)error documentaries reveal the complex reality of world powers. The power of governors, multinationals, business and media in influencing economic and political interests. They unveil the strategies that they use to manipulate the world population. They report neo-colonialism, privatisation, war and consumerism as slavery. They reveal the militarization of urban areas, the interests of nuclear weapons in the war industry, the lies of peace missions and war to terrorism, the tragedy of innocents killed, the responsabilities of the media the are accomplices to those powers...
The competition is open to works of any genre, language and format.
