Hi, where are you?
On September 12th begins the 13th edition of Milano Film Festival.
I'll be there because:
- going to the cinema is too expensive
- this year I want to put a filmmaker up at my place
- to dance barefoot in the park
- to see the Strehler Theater packed with children
- it feels like the centre of the world
- I've been collecting coins for a year to vote for the audience award
- I'll spend my holidays at the festival
- I didn't even know there is an Aquarium in Milan
- to meet the people who didn't select my film
- I know the Monty Python films off by heart, but I have to run through them once again...
- the square is always packed with people
- esterni's deckchairs are great to sleep
- I want to meet one of the festival directors (but I'm not going to tell you which one...)
- the films of the salon have become a cult
- you just can't miss the opening night at the Piccolo Theatre!
- I always try to gatecrash parties at the filmmakers'
- I collect the T-shirts of every edition
- I want to go to the film academy and I need to know the right people
- to spend the night watching videos at the park!
- my mom has been going there for twelve years and she told me to go
- to hear unknown stories
- I'll only be there if you show Polish shorts!
- my secret dream is to meet the chief projectionist
- during those ten days Milan completely changes
- only for the animation film marathon
- is the pass for 10 euros a good reason?
- it's a festival for everybody
- because you can go to a different concert every night
- to lie down at the Sempione Park and watch the traditional absurd Finnish short
- I want to see again the girl I met last year in front of the Strehler Theatre
- if I won't be there, I'll get fired
- to enjoy the last summer week
- I want my silent disco back!
- to have a glass of wine with Terry Gilliam and talk about the Monty Python
- I'm a single father and I don't know where to take my kids at night
- I just come and have fun without asking myself why... that's why I'm coming back
- I'll be at the festival... to feel a citizen of the world
