The Municipal Aquarium will once again host milano film festivalino. A festival for children (and run by children) that during the two festival weekends (September 13th-14th and 21st-22nd) will offer very special moments, featuring screenings of short films, guided tours of the Aquarium, workshops on animation, music and painting, and games entirely dedicated to children. The children will actively participate in creative activities presented by educators and professionals from the sector.

Programme Saturday September 13th

11 am - 12 am: Screening of animation short films
1 pm: opening lunch with appetizers at the Sempione Park festival bar/restaurant
2 pm - 5 pm: Pesci in volo - Flying fish (part 1), with Jacopo Tartari
A workshop during which the children will create big coloured fish that will then be on display in the Milano Film Festival venues.

Maximum number of participants: 15; Age group: 8-12.

Sunday September 14th
11 am - 12 am: Screening of animation short films.
2 pm - 5 pm: Pesci in volo - Flying fish (part 2) with Jacopo Tartari
The workshop continues

Saturday September 20th
11 am - 5 pm (including lunch from 1 pm to 2 pm): Storie in video, with Maruska D'Agostino and Greta Fiorentini
Workshop on creative writing for children. Drawing inspiration from Rodari's Binomio Fantastico, they will invent stories, write them down and put them "on stage" using audiovisual instruments.

Maximum number of participants: 16; Age group: 6-8.

Sunday September 21th
11 am - 12 am: Screening of animation short films.
11 am - 5 pm (including lunch from 1 pm to 2 pm): Merenda filosofica, with Paola Voltolina and Greta Fiorentini
Workshop on applied philosophy. The children will think and talk about some topics, thus developing a critical attitude. In the end they will express their thoughts creating an audio visual work.

All workshops are free of charge but booking is required to attend them.
